Summary

To continue his studies, the young Akitsuki Yamato has to go and live with his aunt. He doesn’t have to pay a rent but in exchanges he has to maintain the residence. Besides having a public bath it’s also occupied by three pretty tenants, Saotome Yuuka, Matsumoto Megumi and Asahina Suzuka. Yamato falls quickly for the charm of the beautiful and sporty Suzuka but alas for him everything separates them…

Gankutsuou

Summary

* Based loosely on the book written by Alexandre Dumas titled Comte de Monte-Cristo (The Count of Monte Cristo), this story is set in a far future time against an intergalactic backdrop.

Albert was a boy who had been born to a noble family in Paris. He made a journey to the moon with Franz to escape from their tedious lives. On the moon, he met a millionaire calling himself the Count of Monte Cristo.

The Count lived a life of splendour in a rich hotel, with beautiful women waiting on him and strong men guarding him. Albert was fascinated by this Count who seemed to know everything, and the two became friends. Albert eventually invited the Count to visit him in Paris.

The Count’s past slowly resurfaces, to the greatest displeasure of everybody involved.

Summary

The Lancer EVO-driving group Emperor have defeated every racing team they’ve met in the Gunma region. Now they’re out to challenge the duo of Mako and Sayuki and their SilEighty – the Impact Blue of Usui Mountain.

Initial D Fourth Stage

Summary

* Based on Shigeno Shuuichi’s Initial D manga serialized in Weekly Young Magazine.

Takumi Fujiwara and brothers Keisuke and Ryousuke Takahashi have formed “Project D”, a racing team aimed at bringing their driving skills to their full potential outside their prefecture. Using the internet, Project D issues challenges to other racing teams and posts results of their races.
Managed by Ryousuke, the team has Takumi engaging in downhill battles with his AE86, while Keisuke challenges opponents uphill. Among their rivals are the Seven-Star Leaf (SSR) and Todo-juku.
Meanwhile, Takumi is caught off-guard on Mount Akina when he encounters his father Bunta and his newly acquired Subaru Impreza WRX Type R Version V.

Initial D Third Stage

Summary

Shortly after graduating from high school, Takumi is approached by RedSuns leader Takahashi Ryousuke and offered to join him in forming a professional racing team. Before coming up with an answer to the proposal, Takumi seeks retribution by issuing a rematch to Emperor leader Sudou Kyouichi, who previously defeated him due to an engine failure. He is also challenged by Kogashiwa Kai, a second-generation street racer whose father was once a fierce rival of Takumi’s father Bunta.

Initial D Second Stage

Summary

Following his victory over RedSuns leader Ryosuke Takahashi, AE86 driver Takumi Fujiwara is challenged by the Lancer EVO-based “Emperor,” a group known for taking decals of racing teams they defeat, cutting them up and placing them on their cars like a fighter plane kill board. Takumi’s undefeated streak is on the line as his AE86 is virtually no match against the more powerful and more agile four-wheel-drive EVOs of the Emperor team.

Summary

Takumi Fujiwara is the son of the owner of a local tofu shop. At night, Fujiwara gets in his souped up AE86 Sprinter Trueno (AE86 Corolla GT(DOHC)) and races on the seldom-used Japanese mountain roads. One night, the Akagi Red Suns team, a racing club, challenges the Akina Speed Stars to a race on the mountain where Fujiwara lives. Keisuke, one of the leaders of the Red Suns, races his legendary Mazda RX-7 – only to be beaten by the mysterious Fujiwara.
