Perrine Monogatari


* Based on the novel En Famille by the French author Hector-Henri Malot, a follow-up to his better known work Sans Famille.

In 19th century France, a girl named Perrine travels with her family to search for her grandfather. Perrine has to overcome many hardships, losing her father in Bosnia and then her mother to illness. The girl finally finds her blind and lonely grandfather living in a castle-like mansion, but she is unable to make him realize who she is. She then becomes a secretary of his father, waiting for an opportunity to introduce herself as his granddaughter. As Perrine treats him with kindness, the grandfather gradually regains his warm heart and kindness. One day, a famous ophthalmologist arrives from Paris and an operation allows the old man to see his granddaughter’s face for one moment: Perrine looks exactly like his son.



* A 3/11 charity animation that was scheduled for public events at 2012’s Tokyo International Anime Fair.

The five-minute animated short follows young girls with wings who watch over older men and women trying to revive a vast piece of land in ruins, with no vegetation or homes.

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu: Finale

Nogizaka Haruka is a perfect girl with many talents. She is the daughter of a rich family, beautiful, good-natured, and kind to everyone. She has an elegant atmosphere like a white lily, and is quite intelligent. Since childhood, she has learned and excelled in more than ten traditional Japanese skills and talents, including classical Japanese dance, tea ceremonies, and calligraphy.

However, Noigizaka Haruka hides a secret from others within her perfect exterior. A secret which she has shared with Ayase Yuuto alone.

The two of them are now in Hokkaido as part of a school field trip. However, Mika, Hazuki and Nanami have come as well with the intention to stir things up.

Sentou Mecha Xabungle


Zora was an outlaw planet where they had a rule that one could own stolen things if he could run away keeping it for three days.

When Motorcycle gang, Sand Rat, was driving on the planet, they were attacked by a walker machine. Then, an injured boy, Jiron, helped them. Lag, the leader of Sand Rat was interested in Jiron because he was going to the bazaar to steal a walker machine. That bazaar was held by Charring Cargo who was a courier of Blue Stone, and there must be the guards of Carrying and rowdy fellows at the bazaar. Furthermore, to be surprised, it was Carrying’s latest walker machine, Xabungle, that he wanted to steal.

Ninkuu (1995)

Momo e no Tegami


After the loss of her father, young Momo moves to the old family house on a remote island: wooden buildings, terraced fields… and no shopping mall. Not too fond of the new environment, Momo is also feeling uneasy about an unfinished letter her father left behind with only two words: “Dear Momo.” Then, exploring the attic of her new house, she finds an antique book – and from that moment, strange happenings occur all around her.

Note: Jin-Roh director Okiura Hiroyuki spent seven years planning, writing, storyboarding, and directing the film; it is his first return to the proverbial director’s chair since Jin-Roh in 2000.

The Toronto International Film Festival hosted the world premiere of A Letter to Momo (Momo e no Tegami) anime film as part of the September 8-18, 2011 event’s TIFF Kids program.

Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Ken`ichi


Shirahama Ken’ichi is an average student who has earned the nickname “Weak Legs” from always getting bullied. Shouwa Monogatari


The original story follows the human drama of the Yamazaki family in Tokyo in the Year Shouwa 39 (1964) — the year that the city hosted the Summer Olympics.

The Yamazaki family lives in Tokyo. Its members are Yuuzou, the father, Kanoko, the mother, Yoshi, the grandmother, Taichi, eldest son and university student, Yuuko, eldest daughter and high-school student, and Kouhei, the youngest sibling and primary school student.

Currently, the Yamazaki family is in a state of flux and discord. However, they are brought together by the activities and festivities surrounding the Tokyo Olympics.

Wagamama Fairy Mirumo de Pon!


Kaede is a fine and bright girl in first year going into second year of middle school. One day she wondered into a fancy shop because she was attracted to a cute mug. The shopkeeper told her that the mug will grant her wish, so she wished to be in the same class as Yuuki who she has a crush on.

Apparently her wish is granted, and she is in the same class as Yuuki on the next day, her first day in second year. So, she went back to the mysterious shop and bought the cute mug. And when she says her wish, Mirumo, a little blonde fairy, appeared before her.

Actually, Mirumo is running away from his parents because they forced him to marry Ririmu and he got into human world by accident. Living with Kaede should be good for Mirumo. But Mirumo is a selfish fairy and he refused to grant any Kaede’s wishes. However, being a selfish fairy doesn’t meant he won’t accept any bribe, especially chocolate..
